1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77abk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the website located at https://77abk.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and the BDT cashier.

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I agree" on any consent screen, making a deposit, or simply browsing the platform after having been presented with these Terms, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments published on this page.
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

77abk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version of these Terms shall take precedence. 77abk operates with service hours aligned to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The 77abk platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a legal requirement and a condition of using the platform that all registered players are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. 18+

77abk conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process at the point of withdrawal. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts where the player cannot confirm they are 18 or older will be suspended immediately.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 77abk platform is designed for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions. By registering, you represent that you are physically located in Bangladesh and that accessing an online gaming platform is not prohibited by any law applicable to you personally.

77abk does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with any laws applicable to you. If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so entirely at your own risk.

2.3 Disqualifying Factors

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the 77abk platform:

• Any person under the age of 18.
• Any person who has previously been self-excluded from 77abk and whose exclusion period has not expired.
• Any person acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for a third party for the purpose of placing wagers.
• Any employee, contractor, or affiliate of 77abk or its software and game providers (unless explicit written permission has been granted).
• Any person who has provided false information during the registration or KYC process.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 77abk services — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino tables, sports betting, and promotional programmes — you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address.

You must not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's personal details. Any account found to have been registered with false information may be suspended immediately and any balance held pending investigation. 77abk reserves the right to request documentary proof of the information provided at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 77abk platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77abk reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately.
• Void any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits received across all accounts.
• Withhold or recover winnings generated using bonus funds across the duplicate accounts.
• Report the matter to relevant authorities if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have reported a security breach to 77abk support in writing without undue delay.

77abk uses OTP (one-time password) two-factor authentication for logins from new or unrecognised devices. This is an automated security measure that cannot be disabled by the player. If you receive an OTP request that you did not initiate, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the 77abk support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC verification. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed under the terms described in Section 7 and on the Responsible Gaming page.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77abk supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency is accepted, and no currency conversion fees are applied to standard transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77abk account within seconds of the mobile money transaction being confirmed.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours to be credited, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• 77abk does not charge a fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile money provider or bank may charge their own transfer fees, which are outside 77abk's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at 77abk's discretion.
• Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 30 minutes of approval during service hours (8:00 AM – 2:00 AM BST). Withdrawals submitted outside service hours are queued and processed at the start of the next service window.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.
• 77abk reserves the right to request additional identity documents for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

77abk operates in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. The platform monitors transaction patterns for indicators of suspicious activity. If unusual transaction behaviour is detected, 77abk may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals, request additional documentation, or report the matter to appropriate authorities. Players must not use the 77abk platform as a mechanism for processing, transferring, or laundering funds of any origin.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

77abk offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to any specific bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page. Players are advised to read these terms in full before opting in to any promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet bonus balance is forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77abk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including strategies designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gaming. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using statistical betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to abuse refer-a-friend or loyalty programmes. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77abk reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

77abk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bets already placed under a promotion's terms are honoured at the time of bet placement. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of any material changes to that promotion's terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All slot games and electronic table games on the 77abk platform use independently tested and certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. RNG certification ensures that each game result is statistically independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by 77abk. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available from the game provider's published documentation.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These studios are subject to their own licensing and auditing requirements. 77abk facilitates access to these studios but is not the direct operator of the games. In the event of a technical disruption to a live dealer session, the game provider's own rules for incomplete rounds apply, and 77abk will honour the outcome determined by the provider's system logs.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets

Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, ODI and Test series, and other sports markets, are governed by 77abk's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately. In summary: odds are set at the time of bet placement and are locked in once a bet is confirmed; in-play odds change in real time and the accepted odds are those confirmed at the moment the bet slip is submitted; 77abk reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by verified match irregularities or data feed errors.

6.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, 77abk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. No liability is accepted for winnings displayed as a result of a technical error where the displayed amount was clearly inconsistent with the game's stated paytable or odds.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77abk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for personal use or on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events on which wagers are placed.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money.
• Providing false identification documents during KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77abk support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security measures.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

77abk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may cause harm to the platform, other players, or third parties. In the event of termination for a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed and may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 77abk will notify the account holder by email at the registered address. The investigation will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the 77abk platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended, no deposits can be made, and no marketing communications will be sent. 8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

77abk endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the website, games, or cashier will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party service outages (including payment processors and game studio feeds), and circumstances beyond 77abk's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 77abk will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps to restore service are taken promptly.

8.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

Gambling involves risk of financial loss. By registering and playing on the 77abk platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered and that 77abk is not responsible for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play. It is your responsibility to gamble within your means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The 77abk platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bangladeshi banks), game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), and data feeds for live sports betting. 77abk is not liable for failures, delays, or errors attributable to these third-party providers, provided that 77abk has taken reasonable steps to select and monitor reputable service partners.

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77abk's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77abk is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to [email protected] with a clear written description of the issue. 77abk will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within 7 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before commencing any formal legal proceedings.
